Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 1 pet per home.
Maximum adult weight is 50 pounds per dog.
Maximum adult weight is 25 pounds per cat.
Pet deposit is $300 per pet.
Non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $20 will be charged per pet.
